Accuform Signs® "DANGER USE LOCKOUT BEFORE WORKING ON EQUIPMENT" Black/Red/White Lockout/Tagout Sign measuring 7" X 10" is printed on 0.055" thick high-density polyethylene with UV-inhibitors and is made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic material for more durability. Sign is suitable for standard-duty use, for indoors installation and for protected, short-term outdoor applications. Semi-flexible, economical sign sticking to flat surfaces has enough flex to mount on slightly curved areas and enables users to identify crucial lockout/tagout points for performing safety maintenance. Recyclable code 2 sign includes impact resistant surface with non-glare finish and has rounded corners with 3/16" mounting holes for proper mounting. Rigid sign meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 standards.
