Foster Products Protektor® 5 gal Sealant contains a single component that forms a penetrating encapsulation coating for abating asbestos fiber fallout. Deep penetrating encapsulant forms a firm, lightweight, damage-resistant surface on asbestos layer.

- FIRE RESISTANCE CLASSIFICATION, for use with classified sprayed fiber or cementitious mixtures at an application rate of not less than 10 sq. ft./gal
- Ability of this material to act as a sealant has not been investigated
