- Bernard® nozzle insulator for TOUGH LOCK™ and Quik Tip™ Conversion Consumables is used behind the gas diffuser where it connects with the neck of the gun. Compatible with the TOUGH LOCK gas diffusers used on BTB Guns with Rotatable Necks on O, B, T, C Series handles and Fixed Necks on O and B Series Handles. Also compatible with various Quik Tip Gas Diffusers when used on competitive brand MIG guns.
Applications:
- For use with mild steel, aluminum or stainless steel wire
- For medium to heavy-duty MIG welding applications
