Extremely fast and easy Velcro® fastening with simple hook and loop style connection will fit almost any harness. It is constructed from a heavy-duty nylon with soft Lycra for longer durability. Compact pad will relieve the pressure and features lightweight design that keeps pad in place on top of your shoulder for ensuring all day comfort. It has built-in breakaway lanyard keepers for convenience.
